We ship anywhere in the Philippines. Delivery lead time may vary depending on the location. Please see details below:

  • NCR  - 2 to 3 days
  • Visayas – 3 to 4 days
  • Mindanao – 3 to 4 days

Delivery lead times include order processing and transit.  Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Remember that if you decide to return your item(s), shipping costs will not be refunded.

While we do hope you’re happy with your purchase, you do have up to 7 days to return any items you find to be defective. As long as you bring in your receipt as proof of purchase at any Sunglass Haven stores near you or by simply calling our customer service hotline. Of course, the product should be in the same condition as when we sold it to you, unmarked and have all original tags, labels and with complete accessories/packaging. If you want to upgrade your sunglasses bought to us within that 7-day period, we’ll happily do that for you, you just need to pay the difference.

Customers must contact the Customer Care Center through email, chat or call prior to sending in a product for areturn. A copy of the original order showing the date, order number, and customer name with a brief descriptionof the problem and the return merchandise authorization number that Customer Care provides must beincluded with the eyewear. All materials should be packaged and shipped within 30 days of the reference  
number’s issuance.
