- Orders can only be cancelled before it has been packed by the Seller. If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation of your order and not yet been handed over to our courier partner, you may contact the Seller for a cancellation request.
- If you availed of a promotion (shipping promo, Buy 1 Get 1, voucher, etc.) all items in the order need to be cancelled.
- Once you have successfully cancelled your order, you can no longer retract the cancellation request.
- If you would like to reorder a cancelled item, please take note that the price is subject to change depending on the promotion. In case of prepayment via credit/debit cards, your money will be refunded automatically to your account within one to two billing cycles; depending on your bank policy.
